  3. Bookings for events with ten (10) or more guests, must have a ratio of one (1) entertainer for every ten (10) guests (This does not include shows, where there is no minimum).
  4. Companionship bookings are bookings between one (1) client and one (1) entertainer. Companionship bookings will be subject to an additional fee of $50 per hour and are still subject to the minimum booking duration.
  5. All bookings for areas outside of the inner CBD area (Brisbane, Gold Coast) will incur a travel time fee of $50 per hour of travel.
  6. Booking reservations for entertainers on Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve will be billed at 200% of the standard rate at the time of the booking.

3. BOOKING DEPOSITS

  1. All bookings require a deposit to secure the scheduled entertainer(s) and dates and are not refundable for change of mind.
  2. The client will be charged the deposit amount once the chosen entertainer(s) have confirmed their availability, and have been allocated to the booking.
  3. The booking will be forfeited if the deposit is not able to be paid within 24 hours of Celeste Agency attempting payment of the deposit.

4. BOOKING Amendments

  1. Amendments to the booking schedule, day, or place are permissible up until one (1) week prior to the booking, on the basis that the chosen entertainer(s) are able to accommodate the amendments.
  2. Celeste Agency cannot guarantee the chosen entertainer(s) will be available if a booking is amended.
  3. Alternative available entertainer(s) will be offered for substitution if the previously chosen entertainer(s) are not available to accommodate the amended booking.
  4. Amendments less than seven (7) days before a booking will not be accepted.

5. CAncellations

  1. In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. The amount held will be paid to the entertainer(s) as a cancellation fee to cover the costs associated with the cancellation.
  2. In the event of a cancellation by an entertainer(s) where a suitable alternative(s) is not available, the deposit for each entertainer(s) that cancelled will be refunded to the client in full or credited towards the booking.
  3. Entertainers will advise once they have arrived on location for the booking. If after 20 minutes they are unable to contact the client, this will be deemed a cancellation by the client and the deposit will be non-refundable.

6. Day of Booking

  1. The entertainer(s) will meet the client when they arrive at the location, and they will then be led to a separate room to change. At this stage, any outstanding payments should be given to the nominated entertainer(s). There will be no refunds given after the payment has been made. If you have any issues with any of the entertainers, please call Celeste Agency as soon as possible.
  2. The clock will start when the entertainer(s) arrive at the location. Time also starts once the booking has been made if a client makes the entertainer(s) wait to begin. Entertainers are expected to make up any time missed at the end of the booking if they are more than 15 minutes behind schedule. The fee equal to the time not completed will be returned by the entertainer(s) if for any reason they are unable to stay past the scheduled finish time. Please call Celeste Agency right away if a refund cannot be arranged with the entertainer(s). A refund cannot be given later if the agency has not been contacted right away.
  3. Celeste Agency should be advised of any extensions, upgrades, or other services within a booking as soon as possible.

7. Booking Rules

  1. The client is responsible for ensuring all guests are aware of the rules and that they adhere to them at all times.
  2. The client accepts all responsibility for the guests adhering to the rules outlined herein.
  3. Sharing of contact information, including social media accounts, shared between clients, guests, and entertainers is prohibited during bookings.
  4. It is prohibited to take photos or videos of the entertainer(s) unless they have given their expressed consent to do so.
  5. Entertainer(s) reserve the right to request the client and other guests to put all recording devices away should they feel that they will be recorded without consent.
  6. If the event will have a mixed crowd, the client must inform Celeste Agency when making the booking because some entertainers are not comfortable performing for mixed crowds.

The client is responsible for ensuring the entertainer(s) are not exposed to this behaviour during the booking by the client themselves or their guests.
  9. The purpose of an entertainer is to provide a certain service, such as pouring drinks, socialising, and entertaining the guests. The entertainer(s) reserves the right to refuse requests for extra services and this must be respected. It is expected that the client and their guests will accept this at the first refusal and treat the entertainer with dignity and respect.

  11. Our entertainer(s) reserve the right to leave, and all payments will be forfeited if full-service sex workers are booked from another source, while they are booked and present for the event. Many entertainers do not feel comfortable working alongside full-service sex providers due to potential legal repercussions and pressure to provide the same services, among other reasons. Escort services and adult entertainment are two completely different services, and they should not be combined.

Under no circumstance may there be in attendance at a booking a person who is under the age of 18 years of age at bookings involving topless waitressing, nude waitressing, or strip performances.
